Areas & Types of Concrete Coatings

Garage Floors can take a real beating with the harsh winters with road salt dripping on them. A concrete coating will prevent the salt from damaging the concrete. A polyaspartic color flake system is the recommended coating because of its durability and texture. 

Basement Floors can get wet when a pipe breaks or when rains overwhelm your gutter systems. A concrete coating will not grow mold from water standing on it over time like with carpet, laminate floor and tile floors. When a basement has a coated floor you can simply mop it up or shop vacuum it dry and that’s it! We have high solids polyaspartics for basements with low odor so they can be applied while the home is occupied. We can use moisture vapor barriers if the moisture content in your basement is high.

Concrete Patios can get beat up with hard rains washing away the cement on the surface and exposing the aggregate. Eventually if left unprotected in the elements the cement will continue to deteriorate. A concrete coating will protect the cement from this damaging erosion. A poluyaspartic color flake system is recommended for outside use as it has some texture and is highly resistant to the harmful ultra violet rays from the sun.
